ExplorerApps operates with Paddle.com as our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. All transactions are securely processed by Paddle, and refunds are handled in accordance with Paddle’s Buyer Terms. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you are eligible for a full refund under the simple conditions below.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
- Every purchase is refundable. You may request a full refund within 14 days from the original transaction date.
 - All plan types — including renewals, subscriptions, and lifetime licenses — are eligible for a full refund upon request.
 - You may still request a refund even if you accessed or tested the service and it didn’t meet your expectations.
 - Promotional or discounted purchases are refundable under the same 14-day window.
 - Refunds are issued for the full amount paid, excluding only unavoidable processing or currency conversion costs applied by banks or payment providers.
 
3. How to Request a Refund
- Email support@explorerapps.com with the subject: Refund Request.
 - Include your Paddle order number (see your Paddle receipt) and the email address used for purchase.
 - (Optional) Share the reason — it helps us improve.
 
We’ll review and confirm within 3–5 business days.
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (bank/issuer dependent).
 - Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original payment.
 - All refunds are processed via Paddle.com; you’ll receive a confirmation from Paddle.
 - ExplorerApps does not charge hidden fees or withholdings from approved refunds.

We want you to feel fully confident purchasing from ExplorerApps. That’s why every order is fully refundable within the 14-day window through Paddle’s secure checkout system.
